Guy Pearce and Carice van Houten are no longer together and they actually broke up years ago. Questions about the status of their relationship came up after Guy‘s recent comments about his ex-wife Kate Mestitz. “My ex-wife, Kate, was the greatest love of my life, but I’ve moved on from her now and the greatest love of my life is my child, Monte,” he told The Guardian in an interview published last weekend. Guy added that his biggest disappointment in life was that he “felt like I messed up my marriage. I don’t feel that way any more, but at the time I was devastated.” Guy and Carice were first linked as a couple in early 2016 and they welcomed their son Monte into the world that summer. I am, however, very proud to say we are in a wonderful partnership raising the true love of our lives — our beautiful son and his hamster.
