Gwyneth Paltrow was annoyed when people called Kourtney Kardashian’s wellness brand, Poosh, a “rip-off” of her own company, Goop.
“I was so upset when Poosh was launched and people were like, ‘This is a rip-off of Goop,'” the Oscar winner, 51, told People in an interview published Wednesday.

Paltrow shared her belief that the world is “better and stronger” when women are “in cahoots” rather than in competition with one another.
“I feel like the patriarchy does this thing to us where they make us feel scarcity and that there’s not enough for all of us to do our thing. And it’s so detrimental,” she explained.

Paltrow’s candle with the Lemme creator was a play on the “Glee” alum’s controversial $75 Goop votive she notoriously named “This Smells Like My Vagina.”
“This candle started as a joke between perfumer Douglas Little and GP,” the Goop website explained at the time. “The two were working on a fragrance, and she blurted out, ‘Uhhh..this smells like a vagina’ — but evolved into a funny, gorgeous, sexy, and beautifully unexpected scent. (That turned out to be perfect as a candle).”
The actress also sells candles called “This Smells Like My Orgasm” and “Hands Off My Vagina,” the latter of which honored the 49th anniversary of Roe v. Wade with a donation from each sale going to the ACLU Foundation’s Reproductive Freedom Project.

“This idea that women need to be in competition is legacy patriarchy bulls–t, there is room for EVERY woman to fulfill her dreams,” she said after they teamed up.
The “Politician” star also showed her support for the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum’s brand by sending her a personalized candle in 2021.
