On the departure of FC Barcelona after a half-season well below expectations, Vitor Roque (19 years old) left the club this Monday. Arrived last winter, the Brazilian striker has signed with Real Betis on loan, until the end of the 2024/2025 season. In a press conference, Hansi Flick returned to the departure of Vitor Roque and assures that he was not against keeping him.

“You can’t say that I didn’t count on Vitor, that would be wrong. What I can talk about is what he told me. He came from Brazil, in a situation that is not easy for him. Real Betis was a good possibility for him. He is a good person and we hope he can improve his performances.”justified the Catalan coach.
