Harley Cameron has had an incredible rise in popularity in 2025, and some of that must be credited to her Mercedes Moné puppet.
All Elite Wrestling‘s Harley Cameron was a recent guest on Talk Is Jericho. When asked who came up with the Mercedes Moné puppet, Cameron revealed it was actually Moné’s idea.
“Actually, it was Mercedes’ idea,” Harley Cameron revealed. “So she was like, what would you — it’s funny that I still remember when we spoke about it, and she was like, could you ever do a puppet of me? And it’s so funny that she said it, because the moment she said, I was like, no shit; I was literally thinking about doing this.
“I was like, yes, so I actually made that puppet. I mean, the puppet, the base of it itself, I bought. But the hair, the outfit, everything like that. I have to give a shout-out to Chris, the seamstress here, he’s fantastic. He made the gear. I actually gave some of my old gear to him, and he made her gear. But, yeah, we actually created Mini Mone ourselves, and the people love it!”
Could AEW still sell the puppet…?
When Jericho brought up the fact that they should have sold those, Cameron agreed and teased that it could still end up happening.
“I know! I was like, shit. Well, hey, you never know. I feel like the tale is not done,” Harley Cameron teased. “It’s just the beginning.”
