That’s impressive. Injuries can be some of the worst things that can happen to a wrestler, as you never know when someone is going to get hurt and put them out of action. That is not always the case though, as you will occasionally see someone get hurt and keep going, which can be quite the eat. That was the case again this weekend, and it seems to be even more impressive than you might have realized.

Over the weekend on the AEW Full Gear Zero Hour show, Big Boom AJ of Costo Guys fame defeated QT Marshall in a match. AEW has since announced that AJ suffered a broken foot during the match but continues to work through it until the finish. According to AJ on Twitter, he believes he suffered the injury during a flying clothesline. He also said he will be back in the ring once he heals, which should take six to eight weeks. However, according to Fightful Select by way of Cagesideseats.com, AJ could have suffered the injury earlier in the day but worked the match without telling anyone about it.

He did well. Check out AJ in AEW and some of their other celebrity appearances:

Opinion: That really is quite impressive as you do not see someone with AJ’s celebrity status get in the ring, let alone work through that kind of an injury. The match itself was good enough, but this makes it all the more of an accomplishment, as you do not see many regular wrestlers capable of doing something like that. AEW promoted the heck out of AJ and the Costco Guys and this suggests it was an even better decision.

What did you think of the match? How should the Costco Guys be used in AEW? Let us know in the comments below.
