Heather Dubrow confirmed that she has already started filming for Season 18 of “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” and it’s off to quite the start.

“I can confirm that we are filming Season 18, and I can tell you that truth is stranger than fiction,” Dubrow exclusively told Page Six at the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Red Dress Collection Concert on Wednesday night.

“Wow — this is going to be an interesting season,” she added.

The “RHOC” star wouldn’t say anything more, but Page Six previously reported that Alexis Bellino rejoined the cast in a friend role.

“Alexis is back!” a production source told us last week.

Bellino was also spotted filming with Dubrow and fellow co-star Emily Simpson as they sipped on martinis and chatted.

Page Six previously broke the news that Bravo asked Bellino to return amid her blossoming relationship with John Janssen –– who used to date her now co-star, Shannon Beador.

“Her relationship with John is certainly interesting,” an insider previously teased to us. “But it’s not the only reason producers want Alexis back. She’s a dynamic personality who has history with a good portion of the cast.”

Meanwhile, Heather’s husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, also recently told us that his wife and Bellino “have gotten really close over the last several years.”

“They have a lot in common and she’s a really, really nice girl,” he explained to us. “I will tell you that Orange County is a bubble. It is a very small community and Alexis and Shannon will run into each other one way or another and it would be nice for things to sort of work out.”

Simpson also expressed her interest in Bellino’s return and told Page Six in November 2023, “I want to see that! That is good TV. I’m sorry, but bring Alexis back and let Shannon spiral out of control.”

Bravo has yet to announce the official cast for Season 18, nor have they revealed when fans can expect to see the drama play out on their TV screens.

Even though Heather, 55, has started filming again, she and Terry, 65, still made time to travel to New York City to show their support for the American Heart Association.

The organization has a special place in both of their hearts ever since Heather saved Terry’s life by forcing him to go to a hospital after he experienced stroke-like symptoms in August 2023.

Doctors determined that Terry suffered from a transient ischemic attack (TIA) caused by a patent foramen ovale (PFO) after a blood clot traveled to his brain.

“There are events you have in your life that are significant that really change things,” Heather told us on Wednesday.

The Bravolebrity explained that the ordeal caused both of them to look inward and reflect on what they could do to feel “even better.”

“I think somehow we were picked have this problem to help people to use this platform to raise awareness that cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death in this country for men and women,” Terry said.
