Justin Timberlake was reportedly worried that his DWI arrest was going to “ruin” his Forget Tomorrow World Tour. We now have a better idea of what will happen.

If you were unaware, the 43-year-old hitmaker was arrested on Monday (June 17) and charged with a “single count” of driving while intoxicated because he “refused the breath test.”

The hitmaker kicked off his tour recently and was on a brief break between performances when he was arrested. Things were supposed to kick back into gear on June 21 in Chicago, Illinois. Is that still the case?

A source told People that Justin would be taking the stage in Chicago as expected. In fact, the tour will continue with no major changes.

“It’s business as usual for him,” they explained. “The tour is continuing as planned.”

However, there is one conflict that was created. Justin‘s charge will be discussed in court on July 26, 2024. That same day, he is supposed to perform in Krakow, Poland.

People reported that the show would not be affected. The hearing is virtual, and Justin will not be directly involved. Instead, his attorney will represent him.

His lawyer issued a statement, saying that Justin “will have a lot to say” when the time comes.
