The 2024 Royal Rumble commenced tonight from Tropicana Field in Florida. The show boasted an exciting lineup of matches headlined by the two Royal Rumble matches.

Aside from this, another highly anticipated match is the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match between Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, and AJ Styles. Reigns has been dominant as champion in his history title reign but for the first time in history, The Tribal Chief’s title reigns seemed in jeopardy.

All three of his opponents tonight had a bone to pick with Reigns and were looking for revenge. Even with Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso in his corner, the chances of Reigns retaining looked bleak.

The match started off as expected with all three men ganging up on Roman Reigns. It proved to be an exciting contest when Randy Orton hit all three men with the RKO. However, Solo Sikoa showed up to stop the referee’s count.

There was another cool spot when all three men were stacked on top of each other after AJ Styles hit the phenomenal forearm on Reigns. He went for the cover but all three men kicked out. In the end, Roman proved why he was the champion when he speared AJ Styles to pick up the win and retain his title.

It looks like Roman Reigns’ title reign has survived yet another night. With this win, it is highly likely that he will be heading into another WrestleMania as champion. Stay tuned to Ringside News as we bring you live coverage of the event.
