How Donald Trump learned of Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump’s romance

President Trump revealed how he learned about Tiger Woods’ romance with his former daughter-in-law, Vanessa Trump.

“I played golf with him a couple of times over the last month, and he’s a fantastic guy and a fantastic athlete, and he told me about it,” Donald told reporters at the Oval Office Monday.

“I said, ‘Tiger, that’s good. That’s good,'” the president continued. “I’m very happy for both. Let them both be happy.”

The politician further shared that Woods, 49, and Vanessa, 47, have a “great relationship.”

“I love Tiger, and I love Vanessa,” Donald said, adding he has a “very special, very good relationship” with the pro golfer.

The commander-in-chief, 78, also reflected on Vanessa’s past marriage to his firstborn son, Donald Trump Jr.

“I happen to think the relationship with my son … was hurt very badly by the witch hunt that went on — Russia, Russia, Russia,” Donald claimed.

“But Vanessa and Don had a very good relationship. They have incredible children, five incredible children, all good athletes, all great students,” he continued.

“They broke up quite a while ago, which was to me very sad because I think they’re both great. “

Don Jr., 47, and Vanessa wed in 2005. She filed for divorce in 2018 after struggling with marital problems.

The exes share kids Kai, 17, Donald III, 16, Tristan, 13, Spencer, 12, and Chloe, 10.

“They have a lot in common. They’ve both gotten used to public scrutiny. They both know how to keep their private life private. They’re both parents,” an insider told us.

“They’re a good match; they’re level-headed, they like to avoid drama, they share a lot of the same values.”

The couple confirmed their romance via Instagram March 23 with loved-up photos.

Don Jr., who is currently dating Bettina Anderson, is “fully supportive” of his ex-wife’s new romance, a source told us.

Woods, meanwhile, was previously married to Elin Nordegren from 2004 to 2010. They share two children.
