Heung-min Son will captain South Korea at the Asia Cup this winter, meaning he is set for a spell away from Tottenham.
The Spurs skipper has been in scintillating form this season, scoring 12 goals and assisting five in 20 Premier League games so far.

However, Ange Postecoglou will have to manage without him over the next few weeks as he travels to Qatar to represent his country.
The Asia Cup begins on January 12 and it means Son could be away for some key fixtures in the top-flight and FA Cup…

Son could miss up to six games for Tottenham in the coming weeks.
South Korea’s first game at the Asian Cup is on January 15 and the forward left to join up with his national team after he scored to help Spurs’ beat Bournemouth on New Year's Eve.
He was absent for Postecoglou’s side’s FA Cup third-round tie win over Burnley.
He will also miss their huge trip to take on Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Son is also set to miss the FA Cup fourth-round tie against Man City.
And he’ll then likely miss the league games against Brentford and Everton.

The Asian Cup final is set to be played on February 10 and if Son reaches the showpiece game, he will miss a sixth match for his club.
Postecoglou would be without his captain when they host Brighton on the same day as the tournament final.
He would then likely return for Tottenham's game against Wolves on February 17.
Speaking about Son leaving to play for his country, the Spurs boss said: “A lot of European people think the Euros are pretty important - well, it's the same for the Asian Cup or the African Cup of Nations.”
The Australian then continued, jokingly saying: “I hope Sonny goes on and finishes runner-up to Australia again, mate.
“I'd be really happy about that.”
