Bayern Munich’s title-winning streak is under threat and they are set for a huge top-of-the-table clash with Bayer Leverkusen this evening.

The German giants are second in Bundesliga behind Xabi Alonso’s side and some concern is arising that their domination could come to an end.

And what timing for Harry Kane who is still waiting for the first trophy of his career.

Kane joined Bayern hoping to get his hands on some silverware, however, the chances of that are at their slimmest in over a decade with Leverkusen challenging.

How many times in a row have Bayern won the title?

Bayern Munich have won the Bundesliga title 11 years in a row.

They have been unstoppable since 2013, winning every single league crown since then.

11 titles in a row is a record in Europe with Bayern sitting about Juventus, Lyon, Real Madrid, Manchester United and Manchester City

Juve won nine straight while Lyon won seven and Real Madrid won five.

The record in England is just three consecutive titles which shows how incredible 11 in a row really is.

In total, Bayern have won the Bundesliga 32 times and are Germany's most successful club by some distance.

Thomas Tuchel will be aiming to make it 12 straight Bundesliga wins this season but he’s facing some tough competition from Alonso.

The Spaniard has his Leverkusen side flying and they are still unbeaten, sitting top of the table and two points clear of Bayern.

The two teams face off this evening in what is a crucial clash at the BayArena.

England’s all-time top goalscorer Kane will be hoping his side come out on top of the game as he eyes his first piece of silverware.

He has revealed that he isn’t panicking about the fact Bayern’s streak could come to an end the year he joins the club.

But there must be some concerns that his trophy drought could continue in the Bundesliga in the most unlikely of fashions.
