Gil Dezer — the developer who has launched Porsche and Bentley-branded towers in Florida — says celebs and the super-rich often ask for apartments for free.

The rapper Future is buying a $7.5 million pad at Dezer’s Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., which comes with its own private pool and a 1,500-square-foot, four-car “sky garage” on the same floor.

But some stars are looking for an eight-figure discount.

“I get celebrities all the time calling me saying, ‘You need to give me an apartment,'” Dezer tells Page Six.

“Future was different though,” he adds. “He came to me like a gentleman, and he said, ‘Will you give me a good price?’ Others have come to me and said, ‘Hey, hook me up!’ They wanted in on the ground floor for free, and I am talking about mega-millionaires. It is crazy.”

The Bentley building is a 62-story tower with 216 units that will be completed in 2027.

Condos start at $5.65 million, and come with amenities such as heated floors, home saunas, outdoor showers and those balcony pools.

The developer has previously told the Post of his patented car parking system for residents who prize privacy. “The Dezervator takes you and your car straight to your unit — you can see the cars from your living room, thanks to a glass divider from the garage,” he said.

“It’s a unique system, and it’s what sold many people on buying. In other buildings, the valets know who is coming and going. This is more private,” he also shared.

Apparently Future’s purchase has piqued interest from other A-listers.

“With word spreading of who will be living in the building…I have been receiving calls from publicists for their clients requesting private tours in exchange for passes to football games, concert tickets, jewelry,” Dezer said.

The developer, who will celebrate his birthday in March, added: “Gifts are always nice… but at the end of the day, this is a business, and if you want a spot, you need to put down the money and sign on the dotted line.”

Chef Todd English will curate a menu for a private restaurant in the lobby with ocean views.

Dezer’s client list also includes Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, as well as NFL star siblings Trevon and Stefon Diggs.
