However, in a shocking twist, has come forward to claim that he was manipulated by Nedu Wazobia, the host of the Honest Bunch Podcast, to make the statement.

Ugo made the revelation during an appearance on Lucky Udu’s show, where he was invited to share his side of the story.

According to Ugo, Nedu Wazobia had allegedly coached him to make the controversial statement in order to create a viral episode.

Ugo claimed that he was unaware of the implications of his words and was simply trying to play along with the conversation.

He stated that he was manipulated into saying something that he did not truly mean, and that his words were taken out of context.

The former Mr Nigeria, also revealed that Nedu had charged him the sum of N5 million to enable him to appear on the podcast.
