Nikki Glaser knows awards show prep is no joke.

For her Golden Globes hosting debut on Sunday, the comedian enlisted makeup artist Jenna Kristina to keep her “fresh glowy” look going strong throughout the hours-long broadcast.

“Because we were going to be on stage all night, you want to make sure you’re choosing makeup that lasts — but also TV cameras are high-def, so [it] still needs to look like skin,” Kristina tells Page Six Style.

Among her secret weapons? Naked Sundays CabanaGlow Mineral Glow Serum Drops ($35), which she used to “achieve that bronze glow we were going for.”

The beauty pro took inspiration “from the J.Lo glow we all fell in love with in the early 2000s” for the golden goddess-esque look, which she says Glaser was “instantly on board” with after seeing reference photos.

To keep the star looking just as luminous all over, Kristina also spritzed Naked Sundays Hydrating Glow Mist ($30) on any skin not covered by the nine sparkling dresses Glaser sported throughout the night.

Despite the hostess with the mostest’s many costume changes, Kristina kept her makeup additions throughout the night minimal — other than “buffing whatever was already on her skin” to avoid creasing.

“I didn’t want it to cake, and I think makeup looks the best when it looks like skin,” she explains.

She also kept the star shining with extra coats of Maybelline Lifter Gloss in Moon ($11) and Lifter Liner in On It ($10) throughout the broadcast.

“You normally wouldn’t send someone to a red carpet event wearing [lip gloss] because it disappears easily, but since I was backstage and able to touch her up all night it was safe,” she explains.
