The Africa Cup of Nations knockout stages begin this weekend with fans all over the world tuning into the action in the Ivory Coast. 

Senegal won the tournament last time around, beating Mohamed Salah’s Egypt on penalties in the final three years ago.

Salah had intended to be out for revenge with his country.

However, the Liverpool star has returned to Merseyside after picking up a back injury during his country’s group-stage campaign.

Salah could still return if Egypt reach the final and his recovery goes to plan.

In the meantime, he will have to watch AFCON's knockout stages from home - fortunately, it's all available to watch live in the UK…

AFCON 2023: How to watch 

The Africa Cup of Nations began on January 13 and will run until the final takes place on Sunday, February 11.

The entire tournament is broadcast live on Sky Sports in the UK. 

Every single game is being shown on TV with Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Mix providing coverage.

Sky Go customers will be able to stream the action via their laptops or mobile devices, while non-Sky customers will be able to watch the action on NOW TV.

Fans can also watch some of the action for free on CAF’s YouTube channel
