The new season of Vanderpump Rules is about to drop with the aftermath of “Scandoval.” Bravo is set to premiere Season 11 of the reality series on Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 8 p.m. ET on broadcast TV. All episodes of the show will be available to stream the next day for Peacock subscribers.
Ariana Madix, Katie Maloney, Tom Sandoval, James Kennedy, Lala Kent, Scheana Shay, Tom Schwartz and Lisa Vanderpump make up the core cast of the show with Ally Lewber (Kennedy’s girlfriend) and Brock Davies (Shay’s husband) rounding out the ensemble.
The new season picks up in the aftermath of “Scandoval,” the affair that rocked the Bravo verse and changed Vanderpump Rules drastically. As Season 10 premiered on Bravo, in real life, Madix found out her long-time romantic partner and co-star Sandoval was having an affair with friend Rachel Leviss.
As reports of the affair were made available, the drama took a life of its own. Production picked up cameras again to catch everyone’s reactions and the show became appointment television again. Although the season didn’t initially focus on a possible affair between Sandoval and Leviss, viewers noticed hints sprinkled throughout the show of something nefarious going on.
Leviss opted not to return to the show after feeling exploited by the network. Nonetheless, the show scored its first two Emmy nominations with fans anxious to see what would happen next.
Given the renewed interest in the franchise, Bravo also recently announced the spinoff titled The Valley which would focus on alum from the show like Jax Taylor and Kristen Doute.
