Hugh Jackman Went To See Sutton Foster On Stage Amid Affair Rumors -- And He Was With A VERY Special Guest!

Hugh Jackman wouldn’t miss Sutton Foster’s show for the world.

On Saturday, the X-Men star was spotted in the audience at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles to support his new GF Sutton in Once Upon a Mattress. And he had company!

In pics obtained by DeuxMoi, the 56-year-old is seen sitting alongside Carol Burnett — who played Sutton’s character Princess Winnifred in the O.G. 1959 play! According to the gossip blog, the audience couldn’t help but give the now-91-year-old actress a raging round of applause during the intermission. In one cute pic, Hugh giddily aims his phone at the legend to seemingly capture her reaction to the cheering. See (below):

But make no mistake — the Deadpool & Wolverine star was there first and foremost to see the current Princess Winnifred — even amid all the drama surrounding their relationship! As we’ve been following, the rumor is Hugh and Sutton have been wrapped up in an affair for quite awhile before either of them went on to divorce their respective partners Deborra-Lee Furness and Ted Griffin. And while Deborra may be “seething with rage” as their 27-year marriage came crashing down, the Marvel superhero is reportedly “happier than ever.”
