Susan Esisi, the CEO of Susan Chanel Beauty and a psychologist who was born in Efik, recently opened a glitzy new store in Abuja.

A number of Nollywood heavyweights attended the lavish opening, including Regina Daniels, Ruth Kadiri, Jennifer Awele (late Junior Pope’s wife), Iyabo Ojo, Mercy Aigbe, Eniola Badmus, Dorathy, and Warri Pikin.

Before the grand ribbon-cutting in the open-air space outside, the Nollywood stars enjoyed a lively reunion inside, sharing laughter, clinking glasses, and catching up over fine dining.

As the drinks flowed, so did the playful jabs. Iyabo Ojo, deep in preparations for her daughter Priscilla Ojo’s upcoming wedding to Tanzanian singer Juma Jux in Nigeria, took the chance to tease Eniola Badmus.

With a mischievous grin, she playfully warned Eniola not to show up late to Priscilla’s big day.

Mercy Aigbe quickly chimed in, recalling how Eniola’s well-known tardiness once made her arrive late to her own event.

Laughter filled the room as Eniola, never one to back down, defended herself, insisting her late-coming days were behind her. She blamed her delay at Susan Chanel’s launch on being caught up with work.

Meanwhile, Regina Daniels, Ruth Kadiri, Dorathy Bachor, and other stars sat back, wide-eyed and amused, as they watched their colleagues exchange playful banter.

Agnes Iroh revealed that she couldn’t call out Olamide earlier due to her health challenges. She urged the rapper to meet with her and resolve the issue amicably.

Agnes insisted that Olamide should compensate her for sampling her song, as he gained numerous awards and benefits from it.
