With the new regime now fully in place at Man United, there are bound to be a number of rumours concerning players that are coming to the end of their contracts at their current club or are dissatisfied with their lot.
Whether Erik ten Hag remains in charge of the first team or not, purchases have to be carefully thought through, and a rigorous process applied when deciding on whether a certain player fits the criteria that will help move the Red Devils to the next level.
One player that’s been touted as having a bright future in the game is Bayern Munich’s talented teen, Mathys Tel.
According to Sport Bild, the 18-year-old is now giving serious consideration to a move away from Bavaria having not managed to make an impact under Thomas Tuchel.

News that Tuchel will leave the club at the end of the 2023/24 campaign may have been cause for celebration in Tel’s camp, however, his agent has hinted that a move to United or elsewhere could still be on the cards.

“Sometimes you just have to have the feeling that you are on the same path,” Tel’s advisor, Gadiri Camara, noted in Sport Bild.
“We’ll see very soon, but I’m confident. But if not, we have to consider all options because Mathys knows that he is valuable and will be a top player.”
