Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag was a frustrated figure in his post-match interview at Selhurst Park after his side drew 0-0 with Oliver Glasner’s Crystal Palace.
The Red Devils were dominant in the opening 45 minutes with several chances being created by the attacking line.
Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes came the closest with efforts hitting the woodwork within seconds of each other.
It was a controlled performance but United could not find the much-needed goal to secure the three points on the road.
Joshua Zirkzee impressed upfront with his link-up play but will need to bring a bigger goal threat to the side in the coming fixtures.
Erik ten Hag disappointed with a draw against Crystal Palace
Speaking after the game to SkySports the Manchester United boss said: “When we don’t win I am not content.
“We should have won, I think the first half we ate them alive.
“I would say the second was more balanced, but first half we should have scored one or two goals.
“I think we played very well, total control of the game.
“In and out of possession, I think we played very good.
“The only thing was in the box, and in the box it is always where the game is decided, we should be more clinical there.”
“I’m not content when we don’t win… we should’ve won!”
