A university student in Lokoja, Jeremiah Paul, who was arrested by the police for killing a fellow student, Abigail Damilola, and attempting to use her for ritual purpose has shared more details in his confession.
In a video recently shared by Channels TV, Paul explained how he met Abigail and planned to use her for a ritual. He said he initially approached her, collected her phone number, and began communicating with her. He then invited her over, already intending to harm her. When Abigail visited, he gave her a drink laced with drugs, causing her to become weak. He then convinced her to follow him to an uncompleted building near his home.
Paul said he strangled Abigail when they got to the uncompleted building and removed some parts of her body using a knife. He added that he placed these parts in a calabash and handed them to a driver who had been sent by a native doctor from Ibadan.
In Paul’s words: “I met her on Sunday so I approached her, I talked to her and I collected her phone number so we started chatting. I told her whenever she is free she should let me know. I wanted to use Damilola for ritual so I gave her a drink laced with drug. Then I told her to follow me to my place so when we got close to my house, we stopped at an uncompleted building. When she became weak I strangled her and used knife to remove some parts of her body. I put it inside a calabash and gave it to a driver sent by the native doctor from Ibadan”.
