Not only did Ice further attempt to squash the Ozempic use rumors with her caption, but her song choice in the reel even poked fun at the speculation.

“I’m a baddie like, f–k how you feel (damn) And I’m thick ’cause I don’t miss a meal,” she could be heard rapping in the track added to the workout montage. The lyrics are notably from her song “BB Belt,” which was released last month.

In the series of clips, Ice — born Isis Gaston — sported an all-black ensemble consisting of a cropped hoodie and matching mini shorts. She completed the gym look with a makeup-free face and black sneakers.

“That body is the Tea,” one admirer penned, while another clapped back, “The allegations are lingering still.”

Meanwhile, a third fan couldn’t help but defend the New Yorker with a snippy reaction. “Mic drop ozempic doesn’t make you toned. Tell em ice!” they wrote.

On Aug. 19, Ice took to X Spaces to deny the use of the viral drug after fans said “the ozempic is working” under her Instagram post from that day.
