The Convener of the International Youth Empowerment Summit (IYES), Pastor Brian Amoateng, has shared an essential life principle that young people can adopt to successfully achieve their ambitions.
In an interview on Joy Prime’s Changes show, he emphasized the importance of developing the habit of making time for daily activities to create a balanced and well-structured life.
He made this remark while explaining how he manages his responsibilities, considering that he is a family man and holds multiple roles.
“I intentionally create balance. If you don’t make time, you’ll never have time. We all have 24 hours, but I intentionally make time to find the balance. Otherwise, I might give more attention to either my family or my ministry. Over the years, I’ve learned to strike that balance.”
According to him, effective planning is the key to achieving this. He pointed out that both the rich and the poor have the same 24 hours in a day, and success depends on how well individuals plan their time.
As an advocate for youth empowerment, he wishes for young people to strategically plan their lives so they can accomplish their goals before reaching age 60.
As a result, he has included this topic in the 2025 edition of the IYES Summit, where he will teach practical tips on how individuals can plan their lives effectively.
The IYES Summit is scheduled to take place from Wednesday, 12th March, to Friday, 14th March, at the UPSA Auditorium in Madina, with both morning and evening sessions. The morning sessions start at 9 a.m., while the evening sessions begin at 5 p.m. The event will conclude with a national youth all-night service on Friday evening.
Prominent speakers at the summit will include: Nigerian gospel minister and televangelist Apostle Joshua Selman, Dr. Michael Boadi Nyamekye of Makers House Chapel International Church, Dr. Frank Ofosu-Appiah, along with other renowned ministers of God
This event promises to be life-transforming for the youth and will equip them with valuable insights to navigate their personal and spiritual journeys successfully.
