In a little while Xavi Hernandez will walk out for his press conference ahead of Barcelona’s La Liga clash against Granada tomorrow night at Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys.

The manager is expected to confirm the reports of Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Raphinha receiving medical discharges in time for the match on Sunday night.

However, Barcelona will still be without some of their other players like captain Sergi Roberto, who was expected to make it back but has not and could return against Celta Vigo instead.

Meanwhile, both Joao Felix and Ferran Torres are also still not ready and a report from Mundo Deportivo provides an update on their potential comeback.

Joao Felix could be back vs Napoli

Joao Felix injured his ankle in training and has since missed the last two matches against Osasuna and Alaves.

But the report states that the Portuguese international is hopeful of making it back in time to face Napoli in the UEFA Champions League.

Barcelona take on the Serie A champions in the first leg of the Round of 16 UCL tie on Wednesday, February 22, and as things stand, Felix appears to be in line to return for that match. It would mean he will miss the Celta Vigo clash next weekend.

As for Ferran, the Spanish forward picked up an injury during the game against Osasuna and missed the Alaves clash last weekend.

Initially, it was suggested that the 23-year-old could make it back in time to face Napoli, with the player himself keen on pushing himself to be available for the big Champions League clash.

However, at this point, things are not looking bright for Torres, with the expectation being that he will miss the UCL tie and could only return in early March.

Marcos Alonso is also expected to be back next month while both Gavi and Alejandro Balde are out for the season.
