Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval — who have been in a serious relationship since 2014 — are the proud owners of a stunning $2 million home in Los Angeles, which they purchased in 2019.
However, their dreams of a happy family home were shattered when Sandoval’s affair with their “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Raquel Leviss was exposed in 2023, ending their nine-year relationship.
While Madix has very much moved on from the cheating scandal — finding love again with Daniel Wai and landing her dream role in “Chicago” on Broadway — the blond Bravolebrity can’t seem to escape her real estate woes.
In January 2024, Madix sued Sandoval to force the sale of their shared abode and asked that they split the proceeds.

Meanwhile, Sandoval claimed in the Bravo show that Madix didn’t pay the bill on their home for months.

While the outside of their home plays on an opulent ranch feel, their backyard is equally as lavish.
A large swimming pool with a waterfall is surrounded by lounge chairs and there is a spanning concrete patio overlooking their yard’s immaculate green landscaping.
It’s unclear how much the house could sell for considering the current owners had such a high-profile breakup, dubbed “Scandoval,” that shook the Bravosphere to its core.
