Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval — who have been in a serious relationship since 2014 — are the proud owners of a stunning $2 million home in Los Angeles, which they purchased in 2019.

However, their dreams of a happy family home were shattered when Sandoval’s affair with their “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Raquel Leviss was exposed in 2023, ending their nine-year relationship.

While Madix has very much moved on from the cheating scandal — finding love again with Daniel Wai and landing her dream role in “Chicago” on Broadway — the blond Bravolebrity can’t seem to escape her real estate woes.

In January 2024, Madix sued Sandoval to force the sale of their shared abode and asked that they split the proceeds.

The cover band artist has been angling to buy her out of their home, which Madix doesn’t agree with.

“The fact of the matter is, he broke the home. He f–ked all of this up. He doesn’t get to do that and then just keep it,” Madix said in a confessional during a February 2024 episode.

Meanwhile, Sandoval claimed in the Bravo show that Madix didn’t pay the bill on their home for months.

Page Six is taking a tour inside the home that is keeping these former flames in a fiery dispute.

The modern farmhouse-style residence made for a luxurious love nest for the once-devoted pair.

Inside, there is a large contemporary kitchen with beautiful white marble countertops, white cabinetry and light wood flooring that brightens up the sun-drenched space.

The kitchen also has a stylish Art Deco dining table situated under an avant-garde chandelier. State-of-the-art appliances like a deep basin sink and a massive gas stove make for an enjoyable cooking experience.

The former couple’s living room echos Madix’s simple yet elegant style. Cozy couches and a big coffee table are situated beside a light-brick fireplace and the den has a lovely view of the lush backyard.

A separate dining room makes for the perfect entertainment space for guests. A dark accent wall creates a moodier vibe and compliments the velvet seating along the lengthy dining table and around the sleek fireplace.

There’s nothing minimalistic about the decor, which features diverse rugs, ritzy light fixtures and no shortage of dried and flourishing flower arrangements.

The primary bedroom is simple yet spacious with enough room for a king-sized bed, extra seating and a substantial dresser.

Madix and Sandoval embellished their bedroom with mirrors, wood ottomans, low-sitting side tables and a green velour bedframe.

However, it was revealed in the Feb. 6, 2024 episode of “Pump Rules” that Madix has been using the main suite as her bedroom while Sandoval has been sleeping in a separate room following their breakup.

While the outside of their home plays on an opulent ranch feel, their backyard is equally as lavish.

A large swimming pool with a waterfall is surrounded by lounge chairs and there is a spanning concrete patio overlooking their yard’s immaculate green landscaping.

It’s unclear how much the house could sell for considering the current owners had such a high-profile breakup, dubbed “Scandoval,” that shook the Bravosphere to its core.
