Ava Hunt arrived at Southern Methodist University in style!

The Kansas City Chiefs heiress went all out when it came to decorating her dorm room, from neon pink signs to custom bedding and floral accents.

Her mom, Tavia Hunt, shared photos of the lavish setup on Instagram Thursday alongside a sweet send-off message for her daughter.

Ava — whose father is Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt — and her new roommate seemingly coordinated on the decor as both sides of their room looked identical, with matching pink-and-white floral bedding and monogrammed initial pillows.

The girls used the same pattern from their bedding to make custom, plush stools for easier access to their raised mattresses.

The duo covered their basic bed frames with white slips to stick to their aesthetic.

They also seemingly purchased a white bedside table to share, which was decorated with two matching lamps, several coffee table books and pink peonies.

On Ava’s side of the room, she brought in a mirrored makeup vanity with light bulbs on the exterior. She completed the desk with a pink swivel chair.

The girls had matching floral bedding and neon pink signs above their beds, as seen in the pictures posted by Tavia. taviahunt/Instagram Tavia also posted a picture of the teen’s desk set up, which included a pink Keurig. taviahunt/Instagram

Staying on theme, the teen also brought a single-serve pink Keurig and other gadgets of the same hue.

The walls were decorated with cute sayings, a drawing of a horse, photos of family and friends and a large calendar to manage her busy schedule.

The mother-daughter duo posed for photos in the front of the perfectly manicured room before saying their goodbyes.

“Today, I left a piece of my heart at SMU,” Tavia wrote. “Ava Hunt, you’ve always been a mix of sunshine and hurricane – fierce, fearless, and capable of incredible things.”

“I’m overflowing with excitement for you, even as I tuck away my tears for later,” she continued.

Although Tavia said she will miss her daughter’s “laughter” around the house, she noted that this “new adventure and freedom” will be good for “both” of them.

“Yet, I whisper earnest prayers for your safety, wisdom, and for a tribe of new sisters who love Jesus and love you,” she added. “May God bless you and watch over you – He has never failed me, nor will He fail you.”

The weeks leading up to Ava’s big move proved to be a bit stressful for the Hunt family, who made their fortune in the oil industry.

The mother of three called the teen “a mix of sunshine and hurricane.” Ava Hunt/Instagram “I’m overflowing with excitement for you, even as I tuck away my tears for later,” she wrote.

Earlier this month, Tavia revealed her youngest daughter underwent emergency surgery after falling down a mountain during a hike.

“This little thang fell down the mountain today on a hike🥾 & went to the ER for surgery on a deep wound 😢,” Tavia wrote atop a photo of the pair. “It’s been a looong day.”

Ava later told her followers that the surgery went “smoothly” and she was back home recovering.

“I’m feeling great (but I might still be a little drugged up 😆),” she wrote atop an image of her knee bandaged up.

However, she seemed to make a full recovery as she was not wearing any bandages or braces on her knee in the photos posted Thursday.

Along with Ava, Clark and Tavia also share 25-year-old daughter Gracie Hunt and 22-year-old son Knobel Hunt.

Knobel plays soccer at SMU — their dad’s alma mater.
