Interpol investigates unsolved murders of 46 women

Global police body, Interpol, has launched a new campaign to identify 46 women whose remains have been found across Europe.

These are unsolved cases, with some dating back decades, involving women who were either murdered or died under suspicious or unclear circumstances.

Based in Lyon, France, Interpol started this initiative on Tuesday as part of its “Identify Me” campaign. This campaign follows a similar one launched in 2023, which aimed to identify 22 deceased women. That earlier appeal received about 1,800 tips from the public. READ MORE
