Following the day of Sonya Deville’s contract not being renewed and Blair Davenport’s release, another talent announces her departure.
Former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Isla Dawn has implied her WWE release on her Instagram Story. She posted “Here for a good time not a long time. See you in 90.”
Dawn has been signed to WWE since 2018. She started with the company as a member of the NXT UK brand. There, she battled Meiko Satomura for the NXT UK Women’s Title.
Once NXT UK closed its doors, Dawn moved to the United States NXT. She debuted feuding eith Alba Fyre who eventually became her tag team partner. Under the name Unholy Union, Dawn and Fyre became NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions. Once on the main roster, the duo became WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
