After four Brazilian Championship matches, Vasco da Gama where Dimitri Payet plays has parted ways with his coach, Ramon Diaz.

Vasco da Gama said stop to Ramon Diaz. The 64-year-old Argentine coach, who arrived last July and won the 1991 Coupe de France with AS Monaco, was dismissed on Saturday evening after a scathing defeat conceded at home to Criciuma (0-4) as part of the 4th day of the Brazilian Championship.

Holder, Dimitri Payet returned to the bench at the start of the second half. Vasco da Gama, one of the clubs from Rio de Janeiro, occupies 16th place in the ranking, synonymous with the first non-relegation team with a record of three points in four matches.
