The month of January has been quite the busy one for Barcelona’s reserve side. While the senior team is busy announcing new deals for key players, the club’s youth team is seemingly losing its best talents.
Unai Hernandez seems all set for a shock move to Al Ittihad while Pau Prim could join Al Sadd – two unconventional moves that have shocked the Barcelona fraternity.
But apart from these two, another Barcelona youngster who had an offer to leave Catalonia this month was Hector Fort.
Fort was approached by Como
A recent report from Catalunya Radio has revealed that Hector Fort was approached by none other than Como this January.
It appears Como head coach Cesc Fabregas was interested in bringing the young right-back to Italy. Fabregas even made Como present an offer to the young defender.

Fort has indeed mustered up only 388 minutes of footballing action this term. Evidently, he has played a bit part role in the team, appearing only as a backup for Jules Kounde.
Como, on the other hand, wanted to sign Fort in light of their lack of depth in the position. Indeed, Ignace van der Brempt is currently the only natural right-back at the disposal of Fabregas, and Fort, to that end, could have been an excellent addition.
