Ivar provides some clarification.

On May 16, WWE announced that Ivar was injured and out indefinitely after Gallus attacked him on WWE NXT. Andrews Sports Medicine also tweeted about Ivar trusting in Dr. Andrew Cordover to help him achieve victory over injury. Meanwhile, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that he had been given some time off because he was working so hard. In a tweet, Ivar addressed the situation and clarified that he is injured, it is serious, and he has not had surgery. He stated that he was trying to figure out his options and what this means for his future.

The WWE RAW star then wrote that he owed it to everyone who has believed in him to get back in the ring. He said he would see everyone as soon as he could.

No matter what happens, I owe it to everyone who ever believed in me to do everything I can to get back in that ring, under those lights, and infront of the most amazing fans on the planet, see you ass soon as I can!
