Jack Perry threatened to kill Sting after Sting stopped him from murdering Darby Allin.
The TNT Champion defended his title in a brutal coffin match at Wembley Stadium, where Perry used real glass and other weapons to try and hurt the former champion.
Jack Perry beat Darby Allin, and became the first person to beat Allin in a coffin match in AEW. This marked one of the biggest wins of his career so far.
After the bout, the Young Bucks stormed the ring, poured gasoline over Darby Allin and the coffin, and attempted to set him on fire. Fortunately, Sting made a surprise return, fighting off The Elite.
Backstage, AEW interviewed Jack Perry, where he warned Sting that he would kill him if he ever interfered with Jack Perry again.
He also told people to “cry me a river” if they have an issue with Jack Perry being disruptive.
“I’ve been waiting a long time for this.” Jack Perry said. “First off: Sting, you had a retirement most people could only ever dream of. And you came back here to Wembley Stadium to take something away from me. If you ever do that again, I will put you in a coffin for good.”
“But it doesn’t matter, it was too little, too late because I already beat Darby Allin! I won the coffin match. The match he is famous for, the match he’s never lost. That wasn’t supposed to happen, was it? I wasn’t even supposed to be here. I wasn’t supposed to be the TNT Champion.”
“All the things you think you know, and I am here to disrupt them all. I’m just getting started, and if anybody on the planet has a problem with that, cry me a river.”
