Jake Roberts is set to stay with AEW.

Speaking on his podcast, The Snake Pit, Jake “The Snake” Roberts revealed that he had re-signed with AEW. The episode has yet to be released publicly, as the podcast premieres on Tuesday, March 26, but Dominic DeAngelo of SEScoops shared early access to Roberts’ comments.

“Well folks, just to let you know, you’re gonna be looking at me on AEW for another year,” Jake Roberts said. “That’s right, they re-signed me so that’s great news. Looking forward to doing it.” (H/t SEScoops for the transcription)

Roberts also noted that he planned to pitch bringing his “Snake Pit” talk show to AEW.

Roberts has been with AEW since 2020. For most of his time with the company, he has worked as Lance Archer’s manager. Roberts is a WWE Hall of Famer, and he has been in the business for roughly 50 years.
