Colombian international midfielder James Rodriguez is in contact with one of the teams in the Spanish championship.

Former Real Madrid star James Rodriguez is tipped to return to La Liga.

Colombian international James, 32, left Olympiakos last April. Three months later, the former Monegasque signed with the Brazilian club São Paulo. James has scored two goals and provided four assists in 22 competitive matches for São Paulo, half of them as a starter. His time in Brazil is therefore anything but a success.

James Rodriguez wants to revive his career

Globo Esporte says today that he could return to Spain during the next transfer window. Celta Vigo is seriously interested in this 32-year-old player. The Galician club has even already contacted São Paulo to discuss the transfer feasibility.

James Rodriguez is nothing more than a shadow of this player who finished best director of the 2014 World Cup. Since his departure from Madrid, his career has been nothing but a succession of failures.
