James Van Der Beek is feeling the financial strain of cancer treatment. Earlier this month, the 47-year-old Dawson’s Creek actor revealed that he was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer in 2023. On Friday (November 22), James took to Instagram to announce that he was selling autographed jerseys from his 1999 movie Varsity Blues to help pay for his “expensive” cancer treatment.
