Here’s a synopsis: Jumping forward several years from the events of Season 2, Season 3 takes place at the height of the War of the Elves and Sauron, as the Dark Lord seeks to craft the One Ring that will give him the edge he needs to win the war and conquer all Middle-earth at last.

While not much is known about Jamie‘s role, he will be a series regular, and Deadline reports the character is “described as a handsome high-born knight (code name Arlen) in casting information that has been circulated around,” and could be a potential new love interest for Morfydd Clark‘s Galadriel.

Eddie will have a recurring part, and the character (code name Dromm) apparently has a brother. The part, per Deadline, reportedly requires a Scottish accent and he could be playing a dwarf.

Earlier this month, it was confirmed the show would get a third season. If you missed it, three stars are exiting and several are seemingly returning!
