Anthony Henry provides up update on JD Drake.

JD Drake last wrestled on the June 1 episode of AEW Collision. There, he and Anthony Henry, collectively known as The Workhorsemen, lost to Daniel Garcia and Katsuyori Shibata. The match marked their first time together on AEW television since Henry was released in April. Henry returned following his recovery from a broken jaw.

Anthony Henry tweeted about JD Drake’s absence from the ring, saying that The Workhorsemen would be back soon, as Drake had been out of action due to a torn ligament in his foot.

For those wondering…

the #workhorsemen will be back soon enough. Our first match back on Collision, @RealDrake, unfortunately tore a ligament in his foot. 2024 hasn't been kind to us.
