EXCLUSIVE: Nacelle is partnering with comedian and ventriloquist Jeff Dunham on a new eight-episode docuseries that takes viewers on a family-friendly ride through the history of some of the most exciting cars ever built.

Dunham will be joined by puppet friends like Peanut, Walter, and Bubba J, as he unearths the rich history of cars, starting with his personal collection consisting of over 130 collectible vehicles from around the world. As an avid collector, Dunham’s knowledge of automobiles is extensive and has granted him access to the industry’s biggest players. Some of the most sought-after items, which are frequently loaned to museums like the Petersen Automotive Museum, can be found in his garage. Cars covered on the series range from the stunning Corvette Stingray to the ill-fated Vector W8.

In addition to hosting, Dunham will produce alongside Brian Volk-Weiss, Cisco Henson, Ian Mallahan, Benjamin J. Frost, Robert Hartmann, Matt McNeil, Steve Reich, and The Nacelle Company. Mallahan (Game Face, WWE Next Gen) will also serve as showrunner for the series, with the first two episodes being directed by Nacelle’s founder and CEO, Volk-Weiss, who explained that Dunham is a perfect fit for this show “because he’s incredibly passionate about the subject matter. When you get to make a show about something you love, you’re in a way making it from a fan-first perspective, which always shines through in the final product.”

Stated Dunham: “I’m approaching this show the same was I do when creating material for my stage performances. I want it to be something completely different from every other car show, and each episode will leave the audience wanting to see the next one. Plus… I want to make sure we always have some surprises and twists that take the viewer off into the gravel!”

Last year releasing two specials — Jeff Dunham: I’m With Cupid on Comedy Central and Jeff Dunham’s Scrooged-Up Holiday Special on Prime Video — Dunham has performed in more than 20 countries, seeing his more than a dozen specials garner billions of views across all platforms. He holds the Guinness world record for the most tickets ever sold on a comedy tour and has crafted a diverse resume for himself in entertainment, creating an animated film for CMT, hosting the Food Network’s Halloween Baking Championship, and appearing in such films and TV series as 30 Rock, Sonny with a Chance, Last Man Standing, Dinner for Schmucks, and The Masked Singer.

Established in 2017, The Nacelle Company is known for its work on Netflix’s Emmy-winning docuseries Down To Earth with Zac Efron and the NAACP Image award-nominated Kevin Hart’s Guide To Black History. Other notable credits include Netflix’s The Movies That Made UsThe Toys That Made UsBehind the Attraction on Disney+, Sony’s Mad About You, Icons Unearthed on Vice TV, CW’s Discontinued, and History’s Center Seat: 55 Years of Star Trek.

Dunham is repped by CAA and Levity Live.
