Jeff Hardy confirmed that Willow is going to return to TNA.

The former WWE Champion debuted the crazy character back in 2014, in a series of vignettes with Rockstar Spud and EC3. It had a mixed reaction but remains a favorite of Jeff Hardy in his canon of characters.

Matt and Jeff Hardy recently appeared on the Battleground Podcast. Jeff was asked about the possibility of Willow returning to TNA in the near future.

He revealed that the character “will definitely return” to TNA, adding that he has a brand-new mask on the way, which looks “pretty sick”.

“I can tell you that it’ll look different than it did last time because there is a new version of the Willow faceplate mask in the making, and it’s looking pretty sick—like, sick in a good way.”

“So yeah, before it’s all said and done, Willow will definitely return here in Total Nonstop Action.”

Jeff Hardy: It Feels Right To Be In TNA

Jeff Hardy was also asked about how it was being back in TNA in 2024.

The former TNA World Champion noted that it was “so exciting”, and it felt right being back in the promotion after leaving AEW.

“As far as TNA right now, here in 2024, the match we had a few weeks ago with First Class really did a lot. it was a huge boost of confidence for me. It felt so good to be in the ring again. Doing some innovative new stuff that we’re kind of known for.

“Being back in TNA, man, it’s just… it’s so exciting. Everything feels like it’s right where it’s supposed to be for me—personally, physically, and spiritually. I think it all kind of happened for a reason. Matt showed up first, and then me, not knowing Matt was going to show up at TNA. The morning after, my wife said, ‘Hey, did you know Matt was gonna go to TNA?’ I said, ‘No, I had no idea.’ Then I watched the footage, and I was like, ‘Oh man, congrats! How’d it feel out there?’ He explained it all. I thought, ‘Oh my God, I had so many great moments and created so many good memories that’ll last forever in TNA.'”

“So yeah. It feels so good to be back in TNA.”
