Jennie Garth and her husband Dave Abrams were among the celebrities who had to evacuate due to the Los Angeles fires. The 52-year-old actress shared a video update on Thursday (January 9) after evacuating twice this week, and revealed that they found shelter at her ex-husband Peter Facinelli‘s house. Keep reading to find out more… “i wanted to let you know that we are safe. peter and his family took us in and have been so kind. i am deeply saddened for our city. and just feel numb. our home was spared but so much to clean up and ready to get active to help our neighbors and friends and fellow Angelinos. dave has been amazing transporting all our bags and boxes, loading and unloading. just keep everyone here who is suffering in your heart and prayers,” Jennie captioned her video. “i am grateful we are all ok and have a home to return to. this will effect people differently, so reach out, and offer to help, it really does mean so much. thank you for all the love that is being sent this way🩵” In her video, Jennie tearfully shared that they were one of the few fortune ones whose house made it through the night and was not burned down, and assured followers that her family was safe. She also thanked the firefighters for their hard work. Watch below. If you didn’t know, Jennie and Peter were married from 2001-2012, and they have three daughters together – Luca, 27, Lola, 22, and Fiona, 18. Unfortunately, there were many other celebrities who weren’t as fortunate, and lost their homes, some who have lived in their houses for decades. Our thoughts go out to anyone who has been affected by the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles.
