Jennifer Aniston revealed the three exercises that help her stay toned and fit.

The “Friends” alum, 55, took to Instagram Monday to share her early morning workout routine after partnering with Pvolve.

The clip shows the actress busting through the low-impact fitness routine featuring mountain climbers, single leg raises/squats performed on an elevated platform and pushups.

While pushing through the rigorous workout, Aniston collapses on a black workout mat in mild defeat.

“Oh god … You know those days when you just don’t wanna do it? You just gotta do it,” she says while face-planted on the floor.

The “Murder Mystery” star, who wore a pink sports bra, black tank top and gray leggings, captioned the clip, “If you’re having one of THOSE Mondays, I FEEL YOU 🫵🏼.”

Aniston has raved about her Pvolve workout routine since partnering with the fitness brand in June 2023 after years of struggling to find a training method that works for her body.

“When you’re in a mindset of, ‘I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won’t get a good workout,’ it’s daunting,” she previously told InStyle. “I believed it for so long. I just burnt out and broke my body.”

The Emmy winner further said she had to talk herself out of thinking she needed to “feel the burn” while exercising, which was an unhealthy mindset.

“My girlfriend, who I hadn’t seen since the pandemic, had completely transformed her body [with Pvolve],” she told the outlet at the time.

When the “Just Go With It” actress decided to try Pvolve in 2021, her obsession with the routine led her to eventually join the team.

While Aniston maintains a healthy lifestyle, she also knows when to indulge in her favorite treats.

In June, a glimpse into her balanced diet revealed she indulges in “treats and cheat days” after spending five days a week working out.

“If she wants to enjoy a dirty martini or tequila, she’ll splurge. It’s no big deal,” a source told Us Weekly.

The insider further revealed that the goodies are only a small part of Aniston’s high protein and healthy carb diet as her focus is simply “being as healthy and happy as she can be.”
