Jennifer Aniston lined up a very special birthday gift when her then-partner Brad Pitt turned 40. During an interview, a celebrity chef revealed that the 55-year-old Friends actress reached out to hire them for the movie star’s special day. They shared their recollection of event, revealing that they didn’t believe they were speaking to Jennifer at the time. Keep reading to find out more… The celebrity chef in question was Jamie Oliver! During an appearance on Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa with Kate Ritchie, Jamie was asked about the big stars that he’d cooked for over the years. “I mean, look, I don’t make a point of cooking for celebrities per se but over the years, whether it’s Oprah or De Niro or Brad Pitt all of that gang, you know, they are beautiful,” he said. He continued, recalling, “I actually was Brad Pitt‘s 40th birthday present from Jen. She phoned up, and we put the phone down on her three times because we didn’t believe it was her. We thought it was someone trying it on. So she had to go through her agent to my agent, but I didn’t really have an agent, so it took a bit of a while.” What was it like? “Basically, we got flown. I just did it. She said, ‘Would you cook for Brad? He’s well into [Jamie's TV Show] The Naked Chef and all that business, like he watches it on TV and all that.’ I said, ‘Absolutely, and I’ll do it for love, because I love you guys.’ I had two students who were only 15 that didn’t even have a passport, and they’d never flown, so their first time flying was like Virgin Upper Class with a bar and before you know it, you’ve got two students that couldn’t believe it and were already in the pajamas they give you, I’m like, we haven’t even taken off dude! So we went and cooked a meal it was amazing.” “I don’t purposefully cook for celebrities though, only do it if I’m working in the restaurant and they’re in, or if I’m asked by someone I love or admire which was the case with Jen and Brad,” Jamie explained. “We had Oprah come in the restaurant, she’s amazing.
