Jennifer Lawrence is officially endorsing Kamala Harris for President in the 2024 Presidential election. The 34-year-old Oscar winner explained why, telling People, “Abortion is literally on the ballot. I’m voting for Kamala Harris because I think she’s an amazing candidate and I know that she will do whatever she can to protect reproductive rights. That’s the most important thing, is to not let somebody into the White House who is going to ban abortion.” Jennifer has produced two important documentaries ahead of the November 5 election. The film follows three women, in real time, as they fight to recover their autonomy,” Deadline reports. The other is Zurawski v Texas, which she produced alongside names including Hillary and Chelsea Clinton, is about a “group of women who sued the state of Texas in 2023 after they were denied abortions when their health was at risk,” THR reports. The current VP has received lots of big endorsements recently, including Taylor Swift‘s endorsement and a Billie Eilish endorsement.
