Jennifer Lopez is shifting her focus on finding a new home for herself in a desperate bid to start afresh, according to a report.

The “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” singer, 55, has been faced with a difficult summer as her rumored marriage woes with Ben Affleck have been playing out in the public eye in recent months.

And as the pair are no longer on speaking terms while their respective business managers reportedly hash out their divorce, J.Lo is setting her sights on finding the perfect abode.

“Jennifer is trying to find a new home to start fresh,” a source told People. “She always has [a] good attitude even when things are not perfect.”

The insider added that Lopez “hasn’t seen Ben [Affleck] for weeks,” adding that the pair are “moving on separately.”

“Considering everything that’s going on, Jennifer is having a good summer. She’s been off and able to focus on what’s next,” a source tole the outlet.

The “Jenny From the Block” hitmaker is reportedly eyeing up properties in Los Angeles — despite spending the better part of her summer galavanting in the Hamptons.

A source told the outlet that the mom of two recently took interest in a Beverly Hills home that she found to be “truly exceptional” as it was an “ideal setting for those seeking seclusion.”

Lopez’s no-contact phase with the Oscar winner, 51, is reportedly slowing down their divorce plans, TMZ reported Monday.

What’s more, the duo — who tied the knot in July 2022 — have a prenup in place, and the only asset they have left to divvy up is their $68 million Beverly Hills mansion, which is on the market.

They have been attempting to offload their 38,000-square-foot home since June.

While they originally tried to sell the house off-market, they took their listing public earlier this month.

The “Gigli” co-stars purchased their home in June 2023 — almost a year after they eloped in Las Vegas — for just over $60 million.

They have since listed the massive 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home for $68 million and are reportedly “in a rush to sell it.”

Last week, it emerged that the father of three closed escrow on his lavish $20.5 million Los Angeles mansion the same day his estranged wife celebrated her 55th birthday.

The Oscar winner snapped up the plush pad in the ritzy Pacific Palisades neighborhood as his and Lopez’s marital home still sits on the market.

The day he closed escrow on the property, Lopez finalized the sale of her NYC condo.
