Jennifer Lopez was reportedly never a fan of her and estranged husband Ben Affleck’s shared multi-million Beverly Hills, Calif., estate.

“The $68 million mansion was Ben’s idea and a major compromise for her,” an insider told People Thursday.

“She agreed to it because of its spacious layout, accommodating both their families, a gym and a pickleball court, office space, plus it has two private entrances.”

The 12 bedroom and 24 bathroom home was big enough to fit Affleck’s three children — Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15 and Samuel, 12 — and Lopez’s 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme.

The source added that the “On the Floor” singer, 55, also wasn’t big on the home’s modern look, saying, “She loves the romantic, Spanish, European vibe.”

Another insider, however, told the outlet that the mansion wasn’t an ideal purchase for the “Argo” star, 52, either because of its distance from Brentwood, Calif., where his kids also live with their mother, Jennifer Garner.

“She agreed to it because of its spacious layout, accommodating both their families, a gym and a pickleball court, office space, plus it has two private entrances,” the source explained. @CelebCandidly / MEGA Lopez allegedly didn’t like the modern look of the home. Thecelebrityfinder/MEGA

The “Selena” star and Affleck’s separation has been a long time coming as the mom of two listed their split date as April 26 in the legal documents.

The former couple’s divorce proceedings “has the potential to get ugly” as they reportedly didn’t sign a prenup before tying the knot in July 2022.

An insider previously told Page Six that Lopez tried to save her marriage, but the father of three showed “no interest.”

Another source told us the mom of two is “looking to make over her image” as she focuses on her life sans Affleck.

Lopez and the “Gone Girl” star haven’t spoken out about their breakup, though she shared a cryptic message about their split on social media last week.

The two also haven’t been photographed together and narrowly missed an awkward run-in at their shared Los Angeles Office on Wednesday.
