WWE has transitioned into a new era, under the leadership of the 14-time WWE Champion and current WWE Chief Content Officer, Paul “Triple H” Levesque who has already brought changes and garnered immense success for the global juggernaut.

Looking at the vision of this new regime, WWE Hall of Famer Jesse Ventura has expressed his willingness to potentially reengage with the company. In recent interview with the political YouTube show The Vanguard, Ventura disclosed that discussions between him and WWE have resumed.

He further highlighted that this resurgence in dialogue coincides with WWE’s apparent shift in direction, particularly with former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon no longer at the helm of corporate decisions.

“I will tell you this,” Ventura said. “Now that wrestling has chosen this new direction, shall we call it, Jesse Ventura is in talks with them. But, again, it required them going in this new direction. And I hope you get what I’m saying about the new direction. The direction the company is now going was good enough for Jesse Ventura and the WWE to begin talking again.”

Furthermore, Jesse Ventura’s history with WWE dates back to his days as a legendary in-ring competitor to induction into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004, and other notable appearances, including as a guest host for RAW in 2009. With Ventura revealing his ongoing talks with the company, it will be interesting to see it materialize into something fruitful for WWE’s new direction.
