Some comments that Jessica Alba made about her marriage to Cash Warren have resurfaced following news that the couple is headed toward divorce. Earlier this week we learned that the 43-year-old actress and the 45-year-old producer had separated after over 20 years together. They got married in 2008 and share three children. During an appearance on the BDA Baby podcast in April 2024, Jessica reflected on her relationship with her husband and got candid about some shortcomings in it. Keep reading to find out more… Jessica said that a marriage is “all rosy for two-and-a-half years,” via TooFab. “But then after that you become roommates. You’re just going through the motions, the responsibilities. It’s a lot of like checking the boxes.” She added that her husband “probably gets the short end of the stick” amid all of their other responsibilities. “I would say we‚ it’s not even him, I would say it’s us, right? Because when I’m seeing him and spending time with him, and we’re like really like enjoying each other, it’s an us thing. And it feeds me as well,” she said, adding that they used to have more regular date nights. The actress added: “We have, obviously, the friendship, the comfort of like, ‘You’re not going anywhere.’ And so sometimes you don’t treat those people the best. You don’t consider their feelings in the way that that you would consider other people’s feelings. So that is something that I think is a constant one to work on.” Jessica appeared to address the rumors about a split last weekend.
