WWE Superstars occasionally need breaks, and Jimmy Uso took time off after WrestleMania to recover from an injury. Although Jey and Jimmy Uso are not currently aligned on-screen as they once were, it has now been confirmed that Jimmy is on his way back to the ring.

Jimmy Uso has not appeared on WWE television since the April 12th episode of WWE SmackDown when he was taken out by Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga. During his absence, the Bloodline faction has added Jacob Fatu and Tanga Loa to their ranks and has ousted Paul Heyman. With SummerSlam approaching, there is anticipation that Jimmy Uso could return, especially given his involvement in a major storyline.

The exact timing of Jimmy Uso’s return is unclear, but Jey Uso has indicated that it could happen soon. In an interview on The Ringer Wrestling Show, Jey put his brother over for being so funny, and he also let it slip how excited he is to see him back on television.

“My brother will be back soon. I want to see him on TV. If you really pay attention to Jimmy, Jimmy is funny as hell. He was shining on SmackDown for a little bit, but he got hurt. I’m excited to see his character back on TV.”

Solo Sikoa is scheduled to face Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Title at SummerSlam, and the outcome remains uncertain. Roman Reigns’ return also seems imminent, with WWE reportedly having a creative plan in place for the Tribal Chief.

Jimmy Uso’s return could coincide with Roman Reigns’ reappearance, as Jimmy’s departure from the Bloodline occurred after his WrestleMania 40 loss to Jey Uso, which led to Solo Sikoa ejecting him from the faction. We can only imagine that Paul Heyman will also be a part of that picture as their Wise Man once again.
