Jey Uso says the Bloodline story is so good that they can pivot and call audibles.

Speaking with Peter Rosenberg for Cheap Heat at ComplexCon, Jey Uso reflected on reuniting with Jimmy Uso at the Barclays Center. He also commented on the Bloodline story as a whole.

“It was great, man. I was really happy to see my brother. I don’t see him as much, don’t travel as much no more. We’re on different shoes. He was hurt, now he’s back. It was just cool to see him back on TV and on the road. I’m just glad he’s back.

“This Bloodline story is about to, I don’t know. No one knows. We don’t even damn know half the time what’s going on. It’s just so good, we can almost just pivot and move and call audibles as damn near the show’s going. I’m just enjoying the ride.”

Jey Uso On Sami Zayn

During the interview, Uso also commented on reuniting with Sami Zayn. He noted that he was happy, and it felt like old times.

“So happy, man,” he said. “This past Friday, it was cool, all of us being in the room together. Even back just working together behind the scenes, being in there with Roman and Sami and ping-ponging off each other, it just felt like old times, man.

“Sami’s one of my favorite guys to work with, also one of my favorite workers, the way he talks. If you pay attention to Sami Zayn, he got skills, the boy got skills, man. He’s an actor, he can work, he’s good, he’s safe in the ring. I’m very glad he’s on my team right now.”

There was a new twist to the Bloodline story on the November 22 episode of WWE SmackDown, as CM Punk was revealed as the OG Bloodline’s fifth man for WarGames.
