Jey Uso is going to keep grinding, as he is confident that his time will come.
Jey Uso has become one of WWE RAW’s top stars in recent months. At WWE Backlash France, he unsuccessfully challenged Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship. The Judgment Day interfered and helped Priest win.
Speaking with Tim Battle and Eli on the Battleground Podcast, Jey Uso was asked to reflect on facing Damian Priest at WWE Backlash France and whether there was anything he would have changed, given the outcome.
“I mean, no, Uce. The way it played out is how it’s supposed to play out,” Jey Uso said. “Man, I know my position. I know what I’m up against. I’m fighting uphill, from the dirt, all the way up to the top. The Judgment Day, it’s the same story with The Bloodline, multiple people involved. But it’s all good, Uce. I’m just gonna stick my nose to the grind, and when it’s my turn, my turn will organically happen like how everything organically happened for me to this point.”
